Rich and Alena met when Alena took a trip out to Hawaii after college to visit her best friend who was living out there at the time. Andddd surprise surprise – Rich was her best friend’s roommate!! They slowly became really good friends, started dating, and now the rest is history 🙂

These two got married on a beautiful day in Glenview, Illinois — the weather was spectacular, the details were outrageously perfect (I mean, Alena even wore her mom’s wedding gown that her grandmother had handmade 31 years before), and it was so fun to witness the joy and genuineness of their community.
