I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again — one of the best parts of this spring season has been meeting my 2021 wedding clients who live far away (outside of the Greater Nashville bubble if you need some reference) for engagement sessions, and this quick 30 minute session with Jeff and Abi was a prime example of that! These two came into town for a friend’s wedding that Jeff was a groomsman in, and they decided to have a quick little engagement session at a classic Nashville park to start off their weekend! Anddd, this wasn’t the only wedding preparation event they had all weekend — they also had the rehearsal dinner for their friend and menu tastings for their own wedding! A crazy crazy wedding weekend (but I guess that’s the new stage of life? Weddings 24/7 ah!) and I’m just so glad they made time to hang out with me and get a few photos taken with each other!
And let me tell you — Jeff and Abi told me COUNTLESS times before the session that they were going to be awkward and weird and that they don’t like taking photos usually and that this is just NOT their comfort zone. But HOLY COW — their photos are some of my absolute favorites because of how silly and precious they are! I truly just had an absolute blast with both of them, and when I tell you that I LOVE working with couples who think they are crazy awkward in front of the camera even though they really do love their spouse — I do mean it. Y’all are my favorite clients to work with!!
I’m just so glad to have met these two nuggets, and truly cannot wait for September to get them married at The Bridge Building in Nashville. It’s going to be a spectacular day full of some crazy dancing and epic food, and I just can’t wait to celebrate them BIG because it’s so so easy! Cheers to Jeff and Abi — just a few more months y’all!!
