Everyone has a dream, and it’s been one of my favorite parts of starting this photography business to help others take a step closer to their dreams. It’s been so so SO cool to hear other people’s stories, and provide them with photos (and a wonderful experience!!) that just helps them get closer to sharing their story with more and more people around the world. It truly is an honor and something I never take for granted. It’s why I love Small Biz Tip Saturday (if you aren’t a part of this, join my Instagram every Saturday!) and why I firmly believe that it’s community, not competition, that helps YOU and everyone else grow.

Rebecca is one of these people. She reached out to me a while ago, to do a quick shoot just to get some photos for something new that she’s launching this next week (yes, it’s very exciting!! Stay tuned). She wanted some pink-ish vibes, and we figured that 12 South would be the perfect fit for that.

Y’all. This shoot was soooo fun, and guess what? Rebecca told me before the shoot that she was nervous and was scared that she was going to be awkward, especially since we were in a public place. But you guyzzzz she killed it and was seriously such a MODEL the entire time. She even knew how to pose herself without my direction and I was VERY IMPRESSED and the photos turned out so so well.

I promise you. If you do a session with me, you’re gonna look AMAZING and it will not be awkward! Plusss, now is the best time to do a public session, because there’s no one in all the public places — we saw so few people on 12 South even though it was a lovely evening in Nashville!
