Some clients just become best friends after one email, and that’s exactly what happened with Katherine and Ryan. A while ago, Katherine sent me an inquiry on my website and I responded back with my long email (if you know you know) and this sweet HUMAN responded back with an even longer email — full of encouragement, excitement for all to come, and just all of her beautiful and fun personality. IT WAS THE BEST.

Not too long after that we hopped on a call together and I got to meet her and Ryan in semi-person — and man, these two live up to the hype! They’re hilarious, kind, fun, down-to-earth, honest, and just comfortable to be around. I literally CANNOT wait for their wedding in September — they’re going to have a marvelous day and I’m just so excited to be a part of it (and highkey meet all of Katherine’s friends ahahah!!).

But okay y’all — this session was PERFECT. We had amazing weather, just missed a proposal behind us (lol, we didn’t even see it happening OOPS even though it was happening on the other side of the fountain during our fountain photos), and found a totally random park to finish our session at (and when I say random, I do mean random! I can’t even find the place on google maps anymore — it was just picture perfect though and I’m SO glad we pulled over and took photos here!). The evening was perfect and fun and full of so much joy, and I honestly just feel like I hung out with two of my closest friends. These two are SO WONDERFUL.

And this session was even more perfect, because we had to reschedule it due to rain earlier in April, and the weather report for this day even said it was going to pour. BUT God saved us all and gave us some lovely weather, and I’m truly just thankful for how everything came together — from outfits and location (we were originally going to have it in Chattanooga too!), to lots of empty space and areas. This session was picture perfect, with two incredibly lovely humans who are SO in love with each other!

I’m PSYCHED for September and I can’t wait to celebrate them in Georgia SO SO SOON. It’s going to be a parTAY and I’m so excited for their marriage and how they are going to impact the world together and support and encourage each other through all the hard things of life. These two are IN IT and I’m so incredibly grateful that I get to know them and get to celebrate them so intimately. September, we are coming for you!
