Caleb and Rachel BARNES has such a nice ring to it, wouldn’t you agree? 😍

These two tied the knot in February, but what a wild ride it’s been. I remember last May (when I was shooting John and Gabie’s wedding) that Rachel and Laura had mentioned that Rachel was going on a first date later that week or so with some guy, but I didn’t hear any more details. Now fast forward 9 months later, and these two are now husband and wife! God is so kind and His gifts are GOOD, and I know these two would firmly agree with that statement.

Rachel and Caleb were the token singles of their respective friend groups for years, and although it was hard at times, they rejoiced with their friends as they got engaged and married and clung to Christ and His goodness through it all. So when they suddenly walked into each other’s lives, everything changed in the best of ways and these two have been inseparable ever since. It’s honestly just so beautiful and encouraging to see how incredibly talented and independent these two are, but also what a compatible and compassionate team they make together too. Their love for each other and the Gospel and their missions in life are on the same trajectory, and I can’t wait to see all that they do for the Kingdom.

And sooooo February 6th was absolutely incredible and glimpse of the unity of Christ and the Church. The Gospel was declared, vows were said, and the unique and sacred bond of marriage was created between these two before their friends and family. Rachel couldn’t stop talking about the flowers (I mean, LOOK HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE), the venue was beautiful, the dancing was unbeatable, and the company was incredible. Every single part of their beautiful day was just perfect, and because these two were also the most chill of clients, everything went down without a hitch.

I’m so honored to have photographed their big day and to have been a part of this process, and these photos truly speak for themselves. Congrats Caleb and Rachel!!
